Agitaser, design and manufacture of industrial agitators

Agitadores Agitaser is a company that has been designing and manufacturing industrial agitators since 1942. Our expertise in the treatment of liquids (mixtures, dispersion, emulsion, etc.) is endorsed and proven by our uninterrupted presence in the market for more than 75 years.

During all this time, our objective has been to help and resolve the needs that have arisen within the various agitation industries, providing continuous customer service to our clients and a continuous effort to remain always at the forefront of the most advanced technological systems.

Agitadores Agitaser was the first national company to incorporate into its work system a specialised software to carry out fluid dynamics and structural studies of different agitation systems.

A little bit of history

1942

Agitaser is founded. The TRITUSER is born.

In 1942, José Serra Hernández founded and created the first TRITUSER, the first electric mixer agitator in the market and the embryo of today’s agitators.

1955

Gold Medal

The TRITUSER won awards on many occasions, winning the Silver Medal at the International Exhibition of Inventions in Paris (1953), the Gold Medal at the International Exhibition of Inventions in Brussels (1955) and in Monaco (1959).

1959

Agitator range

Since 1959 we have focused our efforts on agitation in all its guises, manufacturing different agitator models and offering the best and most reliable products to our clients.

1990

New technologies

We have pioneered the use of new technologies. In 1990, we incorporated CAD drawing and in 1996, 3D design (Solid edge). In 2005, fluid dynamics calculations (ANSYS) and, in 2014, fluid dynamics calculations with solids (CRADLE).

2019

NEW facilities

As a result of the constant increase in our turnover and the evolution of our business structure, Agitaser has moved its manufacturing and administration facilities to new premises. Thus, we will be able to continue along our professional path and provide the best service to our clients.
